Funding for the Center and the vital programs it provides has become increasingly scarce while the cost of living has continued to rise. Acutely aware of the community’s continual struggle against poverty, the Center asks very little payment from those families who are able to pay a nominal fee and asks nothing from many of its families. Because of this situation of such limited funds, we are only able to provide services to about thirty three clients, ranging in age from 15 to 35. We have recognized the additional psychological stress of living in a conflicted area. To attend to these needs, the Center has partnered with the Arab Rehabilitation Society to provide our clients with counseling services.

· Individual and organizational contributions.
Present Need
We are very successful in caring for our clients, however the facilities are small and there are not always enough resources to continue certain programs (particularly, drama and music). With this in mind, our center and clients would benefit greatly from:
· Larger facilities for drama, exercise programs, and product manufacture
· Dedicated theater space, props, and costumes
· More equipment for exercising and product manufacture
· To build a new, larger center
· Part time Development Officer
· More friends and volunteers to partner with the center and share in our goal of helping people with disabilities in this conflicted area
